Terms of Service — ODE Robots

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ODE Robots ("Service"), an AI-powered robotics fleet operations platform operated by Llewellyn Systems Inc ("Company", "we", "us"), located at 2601 Blanding Ave, Ste C248, Alameda, CA 94501.

1. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing or using ODE Robots at ode-robots.llewellynsystems.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

ODE Robots provides AI-powered fleet orchestration, telemetry monitoring, navigation optimization, safety enforcement, predictive maintenance, and behavioral learning for robot fleets. The Service operates as a software layer on top of existing robotic systems and does not replace robot hardware or firmware.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS

The Service is offered in three tiers: Pilot ($999/mo), Fleet ($2,499/mo), and Enterprise (custom pricing). Billing is processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

4. DATA OWNERSHIP

You retain ownership of all fleet telemetry data, operational data, and configuration data uploaded to or generated within ODE Robots. We process your data solely to provide the Service.

5. AI AGENT OPERATIONS

ODE Robots deploys AI agents that make operational recommendations and, where configured, take automated actions (task assignment, route optimization, safety enforcement). You are responsible for configuring agent permissions and reviewing safety-critical decisions.

6. SAFETY DISCLAIMER

While ODE Robots includes safety features (GUARDIAN agent), the Service does not replace proper safety engineering, human oversight, or compliance with OSHA, ISO 10218, or other applicable safety standards. You remain responsible for the safe operation of your robotic fleet.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Llewellyn Systems Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to property damage, equipment failure, or bodily injury.
