REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. BILLING

ODE Robots subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Pilot tier is $999/mo, Fleet tier is $2,499/mo, and Enterprise tier is custom pricing. All prices are in USD.

2. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the Service until the end of your paid period. Fleet data export is available for 30 days after cancellation.

3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with ODE Robots within 14 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund. After the 14-day period, refunds are issued at our discretion.

4. TIER CHANGES

You may upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
