1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Account Information: Name, email, company, billing details when you create an account.

Fleet Telemetry Data: Robot status, sensor readings, battery levels, motor diagnostics, navigation data, and operational metrics transmitted from your connected fleet.

Usage Data: Dashboard interactions, feature usage, API calls, and session information.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use your data to: provide and improve the Service; generate fleet analytics and insights; train and optimize AI agents for your fleet; send operational alerts and notifications; process payments; and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI/ML DISCLOSURE

ODE Robots uses machine learning to optimize fleet operations. The NEURAL agent learns from your fleet's operational data to improve routing, maintenance scheduling, and behavior optimization. Your data is not used to train models for other customers without your consent.

4. DATA SHARING

We do not sell your personal information or fleet data. We share data only with: payment processors (Stripe); infrastructure providers necessary to operate the Service; and as required by law.

5. DATA SECURITY

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Fleet telemetry connections use authenticated, encrypted channels. Access controls follow the principle of least privilege.

6. YOUR RIGHTS
