ODE Robots is designed for lawful fleet management of robots, drones, and autonomous systems in commercial and industrial environments. You may use the Service to orchestrate, monitor, and optimize your robotic fleet operations.

2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not: use ODE Robots for military or weaponized autonomous systems; disable or circumvent safety features; connect unauthorized robots to the platform; use the API to reverse-engineer our algorithms; share credentials with unauthorized users; or use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

3. API USAGE

API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. Automated access must comply with our API documentation. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in throttling or suspension.

4. SAFETY OBLIGATIONS

You are responsible for ensuring your robotic fleet operates safely and in compliance with all applicable safety regulations including OSHA, ISO 10218, and local laws. ODE Robots safety features supplement but do not replace your safety obligations.

5. ENFORCEMENT

Violations of this policy may result in warnings, service suspension, or account termination. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action at our discretion.
